    The Minnesota Department of Education (“MDE”) requests proposals to provide training that will enable Family and Consumer Science (“FCS”), Health Science and Public Service and Safety teachers to obtain First Aid/CPR Instructor certification to teach First Aid/CPR curriculum and administer testing to students, to help address skills gap in the health care, education and human service fields.
