The City of Urbandale announces the availability of documents for the Statement of Qualifications for Walker Johnston Park Phase 1 project.  This SOQ will be for phase 1 improvements at the facility including field enhancement, fencing improvements, drainage and irrigation improvements.  In addition, the project will include demolition and replacement of the existing concession stand/restroom facility, replacement of field lighting system, spectator improvements and playground installation.
