Description:

The Contractor will provide financial advisory services to the Department of Water Resources (Department) in connection with the Department of Water Resources Electric Power Fund (EPF) program. The Contractor will assist the Department with the management, coordination and monitoring of all aspects of the Bond Portfolio and wind-down of the EPF program, including any regulatory or reporting requirements. The Contractor will assist the Department as necessary on any litigation related to the EPF program and/or Power Supply Bonds.
