Juggernaut VELOX kits and accessories

THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE. THIS IS A NOTICE OF THE GOVERNMENT’S INTENT TO ISSUE A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO JUGGERNAUT DEFENSE LLC INC FOR VELOX KITS.

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Office of Acquisition Management (OAQ), on behalf of the, Office of Firearms and Tactical Programs (OFTP), intends to award a firm-fixed price Purchase Order on a sole source basis to Juggernaut Defense LLC (Address: 9229 E Verde Grove Vw, Scottsdale, AZ 85255-6329) for Juggernaut VELOX kits and accessories. These items are considered commercial products with identical commercially available installation services that will be acquired in accordance with FAR Part 12 procedures, FAR Class Deviation 26-21, Rev. 2 for FAR Part 120F1.

This notice of intent is NOT a request for proposals or quotes.

Information received in response to this notice may be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement in the future is in the best interest of the Government.

Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to fulfill this requirement by responding to this Notice of Intent no later than 9:00 AM Eastern Standard Time on 10 September 2026 by email to Amy Dallaire at Amy.Dallaire@ice.dhs.gov and Garrett Bittinger, at Garrett.Bittinger@ice.dhs.gov; no telephone communications will be entertained. The subject line in the email shall state “Response to Notice of Intent – VELOX”

All information submitted is for capability assessment purposes only and shall be provided at no cost to the Government; the Government will not reimburse any costs incurred in preparing and submitting such information.

The Government reserves the right to cancel the contemplated sole source award.
