The Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs (MDVA) is seeking proposals from organizations to provide phlebotomy and laboratory services to Minnesota Veterans Homes – Silver Bay (“Home” or “MVH-SB”). The Home is an 83-bed skilled nursing facility providing care to Veterans and their spouses. It is located at 56 Outer Drive, Silver Bay, Minnesota 55614.
