where such proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals may be hand delivered or mailed to the above location and must be received at such time.

Scope of work: is to include all necessary labor, material, and equipment necessary to completely remove the existing roofing materials down to the roof sheathing surface, followed by the installation of new roofing materials, as detailed in the attached information. The project is located on the Onondaga Nation, specifically at the Onondaga Nation Health Clinic.

All work on this Contract is to be completed within within 30 calendar days after the date of the Notice to Proceed.

No pre-bid conference and project walk-through will be held. No individual walk?throughs will be provided.

The site will be made available for inspection and the bidder shall examine the site prior to submitting its bid. The bidder can make arrangements to visit the site by contacting the designated staff Aaron Petty at 464-7342. The last date that site visits will be allowed will be September 18, 2025. All questions are due by September 19, 2025 at 4:00 pm and answers will be supplied by September 22, 2025 no later than 5pm.

Bids must be submitted in duplicate in accordance with the instructions contained in the Information for Bidders. Security will be required for each bid in an amount not less than five (5) percent of the Total Bid.

It is the policy of the State of New York and the State University of New York to encourage minority business enterprise participation in this project by contractors, subcontractors and suppliers, and all bidders are expected to cooperate in implementing this policy.

The selected contractor must comply with M/WBE goals. State University of New York goals are: 15% MBE and 15% WBE participation of the total contract value. State University of New York also has a goal for the Work Force participation: EEO 10% WBE and EEO 10% MBE of total work force on the project.

The State University of New York reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
