Data Cabling Connectivity

Prospective bidders must have been in the data cabling installation business for a minimum of three (3) years as of the Bid Submission Date.

Pursuant to its discretionary authority under the New York State Education Law and State Finance Law, this procurement opportunity is limited to businesses certified pursuant to Article 15-A (MWBE) of the New York State Executive Law.

Any purchase that results from this advertisement shall be governed by the terms and conditions of the IFB (including, without limitation, any attached specifications and any terms and conditions attached hereto or incorporated herein by reference), the University’s standard Purchase Order Terms and Conditions, and the Standard Clauses for New York State Contracts (June 2023) (“Appendix A”) which are incorporated herein by reference with the same effect as it is written. The College reserves the right to request financial information and references for projects of similar size, scope, and complexity completed within the past five years from the Bid Submission Date.
