P.M. Kitchen Maintenance at New York City Children's Center - Queens Campus

The NYS Office of Mental Health seeks to enter into a Five (5) year contract to procure PM Kitchen Maintenance at New York City Children’s Center – Queens Campus located at 74-03 Commonwealth Blvd Bellerose, NY 11426-1890. Details are specified in the Invitation for Bid (IFB) and Boilerplate (BP) attached.

An Optional Site Visit is scheduled for Thursday, September 11, 2025, @ 10:00 A.M. Sharp.

Questions regarding the bids are due in writing to the contact listed in the Invitation for Bid (IFB), Listed as: Issuing Office of the IFB by Thursday, September 18, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

Questions will be answered by OMH on Thursday, September 25, 2025.

Proposal Submission Due Date is Thursday, October 2, 2025, by 3:00 P.M.

The Anticipated Contract term is February 1, 2026 – January 31, 2031.
