Description: A pre-bid site visit will be held on September 4, 2025, at 10:00 am at the Landfill Administration Building located at 350 Horseblock Road, Brookhaven, NY 11719oHHHHH. Technical questions and concerns will be expected no later than close of business, September 5, 2025. If needed, a Q&A Addendum will be issued on September 9, 2025, to all bidders of record at that time. Intent: The intent of this bid is to provide a contract for repairs to the concrete slabs at the MSW Transfer Station located at 350 Horseblock Road, Brookhaven NY to be completed in 2025 and 2026. Exact locations of removal and replacement within the Transfer Station Building to be determined at a later date. General construction of 2025 will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 7,300 SF of damaged concrete slab at two (2) designated locations within the facility, as shown on the Contract Drawings and described in the Bid Specifications. 2026 repairs will consist of the removal and replacement of approximately 7,300 SF of damaged concrete slab.
