The St. Mary's County Government, Department of Public Works and Transportation is requesting sealed bid proposals for the following Materials Testing and Related Services in accordance with Section C, Descriptions / Specifications / Statement of Work. These tests will be used on capital projects, subdivision, grading, storm water management and other projects that involve bituminous concrete, bank run gravel, concrete, surface treatment, slurry seal, and various other materials and tests as deemed necessary by the County.
