The Office of Naval Intelligence intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-3 and FAR 6.302-l(b) (ii). The proposed source is Georgia Tech Professional Education. The procurement is to have Georgia Tech Research Institute (GTRI) "Principles of Modern Radar" for one week. This requirement will be from FY25. This is Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Training. This notice is being published for information purposes only and is not a request for competitive quotations.
