Description
The City of Decatur, Georgia (¿City¿) will receive sealed proposals for owner's representative services in the City Manager¿s Office, 509 North McDonough Street, Decatur, Georgia 30030 until March 7, 2025 at 3 p.m. The city is seeking the services of a qualified vendor to provide owner¿s representative services to assist the City¿s planning, development, and implementation of an energy savings performance contract (ESPC).
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held at Decatur City Hall, 509 N. McDonough Street, Decatur, GA 30030 on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 at 10 a.m. Any questions and/or misunderstandings that may arise from this Request for Proposals should be submitted, in writing, to David Nifong at david.nifong@decaturga.com prior to this conference.
