Description:

The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation (NYSDEC) is soliciting bids for the purchase and delivery of 9 new patrol and utility watercraft for our Division of Forest Protection (DFP), as specified in the below IFB. Currently, many vessels in DFP’s fleet have surpassed their serviceable life and can no longer be safely repaired. Some of these vessels are also over 30 years old. DFP utilizes these watercrafts for patrol, emergency response, and utility purposes throughout New York State. Therefore, these new vessels are necessary for DFP to effectively continue their mission on the water.
