THIS PROCUREMENT IS A FULL AND OPEN.

THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT 0006 IS TO CHANGE THIS SOLICITATION FROM A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE TO A FULL AND OPEN.
