NOTICE TO BIDDERS
TOWNSHIP OF FREEHOLD
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Township Purchasing Agent for
the Township of Freehold, County of Monmouth, State of New Jersey on TUESDAY, JULY 7,
2026 AT 10:00 A.M. local prevailing time at the Municipal Building, "Town Hall", 1 Municipal
Plaza, Freehold, New Jersey at which time and place bids will be opened and read in public for
the following bid:
FURNISHING AND DELIVERY OF CLOTHING AND ACCESSORIES FOR VARIOUS
DEPARTMENTS IN FREEHOLD TOWNSHIP
Specifications and other bid information may be obtained at the office of the Freehold Township
Purchasing Agent, Andrea DiGiovanni, QPA, One Municipal Plaza, Freehold, N.J., Email:
adigiovanni@twp.freehold.nj.us during regular business hours 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. Bids must be
made on the proposal forms included with the bid specification, be enclosed in a sealed package
bearing the name and address of the bidder and "Bid Title, Name and Contract" on the outside,
addressed to the Purchasing Agent at the address above.
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L.1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et
seq.), N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq.; N.J.S.A. 19:44-20.5 et seq. The bid award will be made to the
lowest possible bidder in accordance with applicable law.
