Operating Rental/ Lease Tandem Axle Tractor (s) with Wet Kit

This Request for Bid (RFB) is for establishing multi-year, annual contracts for Tandem Axle Tractor(s) Rental or lease, including all scheduled and non-scheduled repairs. Such services will be requested on an “as needed” basis during the contract period, and shall be provided in accordance with the technical specifications and special conditions located in the attachments section. The initial contract period will be for one year from the date of contract awards, estimated March 27, 2024. To promote efficiency and economy, the County reserves the right to renew the contract period for four (4) additional one-year periods, for a total of five years, upon mutual agreement between the Contractor and the County. The County reserves the right to award more than one contract for these services and to allocate the work in the best interests of the County. The County does not guarantee a minimum amount of lease work or total number of leases, lease relationship's will be established as needed.

As described in the scope of this bid, this equipment will be operated in a harsh transfer station and landfill environment and operated by County Employees.
