A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on 07/24/25 at the project/construction site (3301 E. 5th Street, Carson City, Nevada, 89701, Entry gate house). All Prime Contractors (Bidders) are required to attend the pre-bid meeting in order to be eligible to submit a bid. All major subcontractors are strongly encouraged to attend.

| Additional Description: | Every person planning to attend the pre-bid meeting must obtain a security clearance in order to enter prison property. All attendees must complete and submit the ‘NDOC Contractor Background Check Application’ and the ‘NDOC Security Regulations Acknowledgment Form’ a minimum of 7 days prior to the pre-bid meeting date. See Supplemental Instructions to Bidders for security clearance details. |
