The City of Wheaton, Illinois is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the 700 & 800 East Roosevelt Site Restoration Project. This project involves furnishing all labor, equipment, and material necessary to grade and restore the site to a vegetative condition per the Civil Grading and Erosion Control Plan submitted to the City by the Owner and approved by the City on July 26, 2023. All construction shall conform to the Illinois Department of Transportation’s (IDOT) Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction (current version) which is hereafter to be referred to as the Standard Specifications except for these project specific general conditions and special provisions.
