The City of Wheaton, Illinois is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the Windsor Channel Pedestrian Bridge Repair Project. This project involves the structural rehabilitation and repair of the pedestrian bridge located over the Windsor Channel, including but not limited to: concrete repairs, steel component restoration, surface preparation and coatings, replacement of worn elements, and improvements to ensure long-term structural integrity and pedestrian safety. All work must comply with applicable local, state, and federal regulations, and shall be completed in accordance with the specifications and drawings provided in the bid documents.
