The purpose of this RFP is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified offerors to establish a term contract through competitive negotiations for the procurement of Guardian and Conservator services for individuals in state operated mental health hospitals, some of whom are currently in DBHDS contracted guardianship slots; see attached document for further information and information regarding the optional preproposal conference.
