The U.S. Embassy in Windhoek hereby provides the following pre-solicitation notice in respect of the issuance of a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Painting, drywall/plaster repair and related services for real property (residences and office buildings) owned or managed by the U.S. Government in Windhoek, Namibia. These services should include labor and material. This contract will be an indefinite-delivery indefinite quantity (IDIQ) type contract with firm-fixed prices. The U.S. Government may award this contract, based on the initial offer, without discussion. The U.S. Government plans to issue the full solicitation on SAM.gov and on the U.S. Embassy website, towards the end of October 2024. Please see RFQ for actual response date.
