Additionally, a site visit will be held at 2:00 p.m. Central Time, on February 20, 2026. All interested

vendors in attending the site visit in person MUST RSVP via email to stacey.gipson3@sanantonio.gov by

February 19, 2026, at 10:00 AM to receive parking instruction where they may park without incurring a

parking fee. Failure to RSVP will result in perspective vendor being responsible for their own parking and

subsequent fee charged. After arrival vendors will meet in the Main Lobby around the central art sculpture.
