Burke Playground Equipment, Parts and Accessories

Sarasota County intends to renew a sole source procurement with Top Line Recreation for the provision of playground equipment, manufactured by BCI Burke Company, LLC.

In the event respondents demonstrate the ability to supply the same or substantially similar products and/or services, the County may, in its sole discretion, elect to cancel this sole source and advertise a competitive solicitation.

Per correspondence from BCI Burke Company, LLC dated December 2, 2024, Top Line Recreation is the sole source provider of playground equipment, manufactured by BCI Burke Company, LLC, in the state of Florida with the exception of the following counties: Bay, Calhoun, Escambia, Gulf, Holmes, Jackson, Okaloosa, Santa Rosa, Walton and Washington.

Any vendor who believes they can provide the goods and/or services described in the attached sole source documentation should respond to this ISS by the date specified. To be considered, vendors must complete the attached Intent to Sole Source Response form (under “documents”) and respond to this solicitation by clicking “place offer”.
