Project 26111 Residential Cottages Fire Suppression System Replacement, Idaho Education
Services for the Deaf and Blind, Gooding, Idaho.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include: The existing dry fire suppression
systems in six residential cottages at the School for the Deaf and Blind have deteriorated due to pinhole
leaks and failing piping and valves. This project will replace the failing infrastructure with modern, code-
compliant fire suppression systems integrated into the existing buildings to minimize disruption. The
improvements will enhance life safety, reduce maintenance issues, and support the school’s mission to
provide safe residential facilities.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
