Sealed proposals will be received by the Division of Public Works, State of Idaho, at U of I Campus
Facilities, 875 Perimeter Drive, MS 2281, Moscow, Idaho 83844 until 2:00 p.m. Pacific Standard time,
on Thursday, May 14, 2026 for DPW Project 25253, Stadium Drive Improvements, University of
Idaho, Moscow, Idaho
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include installation of new sidewalk, curb &
gutter, pedestrian ramps, and corridor lighting. This work involves asphalt removal and replacement, sign
removal and replacement, landscaping, and irrigation valve adjustments.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.
Plans, specifications, proposal forms and other information are on file for examination at the following

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, April 30, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., Pacific local
time, at the U of I Campus Facilities, 875 Perimeter Drive, MS 2281, Moscow, Idaho 83844. Bidders
are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed electrical
subcontractors from the Design Professional for a refundable deposit of $150.00. Others may obtain
documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public
Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
