ENVIRONMENTAL PERMITTING AND CULTURAL HISTORICAL REVIEW
CONSULTING SERVICES
The Douglas County Board of County Commissioners are soliciting proposals from qualified
firms through the Municipal Research and Service Center of Washington (MRSC Roster from
interested firms with expertise in environmental review/permitting and cultural historical review for the
Road J.5 NW – Road 6 NE to Road 8 NW road project. Proposals will be received at Douglas County
Public Services Building, 140 19th Street NW, East Wenatchee, WA 98802, on Tuesday, March
10, 2026, or before 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time.
If you wish to be considered for work under this RFQ, you must be a registered consultant on the
MRSC of Washington – Shared Small Works and Consultant Roster (www.mrscroster.org).
If interested in providing services to Douglas County, submittals shall include the firm name as
listed on the MRSC website and the sealed proposals must be clearly marked on the outside of
the envelope, "Road J.5 NW – Road 6 NW to Road 8 NW – Environmental Permitting and
Cultural Historical Review – RFQ”. Address bid proposal to: Douglas County Transportation
and Land Services Attn: Justin Roozen 140 19th Street NW, Suite A, East Wenatchee,
Washington 98802. Documents received late by Douglas County Transportation and Land
Services will not be considered nor if received by facsimile or e-mail. Submittals made in an
incorrect format will not be considered.
