RFP 2626AM - Furniture Installation Services

The WCB invites Proposals from qualified Contractors to provide multi-year services related to Furniture Installation Services for WCB-operated locations as described in Appendix A – Furniture Installation Services - Scope of Work. It is the WCB’s intention to award Agreements to up to 2 qualified Contractors through this RFP. The WCB may designate the highest-ranked qualified Contractor as the Primary Contractor and the second-ranked qualified Contractor as the Secondary Contractor, based on the final evaluation ranking and total score.

Contractors are required to make all enquiries using the “Discussions” function within the WCB Supplier Portal. Enquiries will be accepted up to and including the date and time outlined in Section 2.1 Key Dates of the RFP.
When submitting an enquiry, please clearly identify the question or concern.

An optional on-line Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on September 1, 2026, starting at 1:00 PM MST via Microsoft teams. Attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting is limited to two (2) representatives per Contractor. Contractors may attend but are not required to do so. Any information provided during the meeting will not amend this RFP unless issued by the WCB through a written Addendum/Clarification on the WCB Supplier Portal. Contractors must contact saravanan.raju@wcb.ab.ca by the deadline stated in the RFP documents to confirm attendance.
