COMPREHENSIVE IT SUPPORT RFP 2025 006

Spalding County RFP 2025 006 Server Cloud Migration
at which time and place the proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals received after the designated time will not be considered. The OWNER of the project is SPALDING COUNTY.
The approximate extent and character of the Work is generally described as follows:
We invite qualified IT firms to submit proposals for comprehensive Information Technology support services. This encompasses the migration of applications and data from on-premises servers to a secure and scalable cloud environment, including networking, PC support, printer management, and all other IT services. The selected firm will manage and support our network infrastructure, maintain and troubleshoot personal computers, oversee printer systems, and provide comprehensive IT support.
The IT firm will be responsible for acquiring, managing, and providing ongoing support for licenses for Microsoft Suite, the County's Azure account (or equivalent cloud-based support), and multifactor authentication.
The scope of services requires continuous support for all software programs used throughout the county, including Tyler Technologies software and software supporting the enhanced E-911 system. This includes on-site or remote repairs, installation and configuration of new hardware, and resolution of issues related to the Records Management System (RMS), Jail Management System (JMS), in-car and bodycam programs, various investigative programs, and other software. Specified minimum and emergency response times are essential to ensure timely support.
