Description: SUNY System Administration is advertising to procure a web-based collaboration tool used for team communication and project management. We are seeking a corporate enterprise wiki, that allows campuses to create, share, and manage content in a centralized platform. Required key features are: Team documentation (i.e., meeting notes, document organization, and project collaboration) Real-time collaboration Hierarchical page structure allowing users to organize content allowing for easy navigation and page management Granular permission control, allowing page and space restrictions controlling who is able to view and edit content. Allows for image and attachment uploading directly within pages for ease of sharing and document retention. Serves as a knowledge base where users can store and share information. The ability to easily integrate additional third-party applications designed to enhance team cooperation and user functionality.
This procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law 139 j&k, aka the Lobbying Law. Therefore vendors are cautioned that the only permissible contacts for this procurement are the individuals listed below. Contacting any other individuals at SUNY in connection with this advertisement may constitute a violation of New York State Finance Law. Failure to comply with this requirement can range from no contract award to debarment from sales to any NYS agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility, NYS Finance law 139 j&k, and New York State's Tax Law Section 5a.
