Description
McIntosh County Board of Commissioners (hereinafter ¿Owner¿) is soliciting sealed competitive proposals from certified and qualified General Contractors for the construction of the Ft. Barrington Campsite located in Barrington County Park. The selected contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, materials, and related appurtenances as specified in this RFP and project plans. The work includes, but is not limited to, a bathhouse, electrical systems, and, as an add alternate bid item, a septic system and water well system installation.
