Access and Identity Management (AIMS) Bridge Task Order

This is an award notice and not a solicitation.

This notice makes available the Justification and Approval for limiting

sources in accordance with FAR 8.405-6 Limiting Sources.

The Department of Education, Office of Federal Student Aid, Acquisitions Directorate, awarded a Sole-Source, Firm-Fixed-Price Task Order to PPS Infotech, LLC. to provide Access and Identity Management Services (AIMS)

This acquisition is conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award

Schedule Program. Consideration of schedule contractors will be restricted

to fewer than the number required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)

8.405-6(a)(1) (B):

Only one source is capable of providing the supplies or services required at the level of quality required because the supplies or services are unique or highly specialized;
