25152: MULTI BUILDING FIRE ALARM SYSTEM, LEWIS CLARK STATE COLLEGE, LEWISTON IDAHO
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include installation of new fire alarm systems in multiple
buildings on the LCSC campus.
Proposals will be opened and publicly read at the above hour and date.

There will be a Pre-Bid Conference on Thursday, March 5, 2026, beginning at 10:00 a.m., prevailing pacific time, at
LCSC Physical Plant Office, 528 11th Ave, Lewiston, Idaho. Bidders are encouraged to attend.
One set of documents may be obtained by licensed general contractors and by licensed electrical subcontractors from
Musgrove Engineering for a refundable deposit of $50.00. Others may obtain documents at cost, non-refundable.
A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works
Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work.
Estimated Cost: $515,000.00
