RFP# 25-0326-1 -Fire Alarm System Upgrade (Judia Jackson Harris Elementary School)

The Clarke County School District (¿CCSD or District¿) is seeking qualified (¿Proposers¿) to submit proposals for FIRE ALARM SYSTEM UPGRADE for Judia Jackson Harris Elementary School. Sealed proposals from qualified firms will be received by the Clarke County School District in the Office of Purchasing & Contracts, 595 Prince Avenue, Athens, Georgia, 30601, until 12:00 PM (EDT) on March 26, 2025. Proposals shall be submitted via email.

A Mandatory Pre-Proposal Conference and Site Visit will be held for all interested vendors at 8:00 AM (EDT) on March 13, 2025, at Judia Jackson Harris Elementary School, located at 2300 Danielsville Road, Athens, Georgia 30601.
The site visit will start promptly at 8:00 AM. No alternate dates will be offered. Vendors are strongly encouraged to review the complete RFP prior to the meeting to prepare any questions and ensure a productive session. The purpose of this conference is to provide potential Offerors the opportunity to ask questions and receive clarification regarding any aspect of this solicitation. All vendors intending to submit a response to this RFP are required to attend the conference and site visit at the specified time and location.
Please note:
¿        Upon arrival, interested Proposers shall sign in at the front office and remain in the office lobby until district staff are available to escort the group.
¿        Interested Proposers are responsible for bringing any necessary equipment to assist with their assessment during the site visit (e.g., ladders, tools, measuring devices).
¿        Any changes, clarifications, or revisions resulting from this site visit shall be documented and issued as a formal written addendum to the RFP.
Attendance at this conference is mandatory for proposal consideration.
