This is a Request for Information (RFI) only and in no way obligates the Government in an award of any contract. Any information submitted in response to this RFI is strictly voluntary. This RFI is issued for the purpose of determining market interest, feasibility, and capability of sources. There is no solicitation package available.
Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Document Services seeks to purchase the following equipment and associated services; this acquisition is to acquire a High-Speed Automated Envelope Inserter (“device”) that accomplishes all steps in sizing, folding, inserting, and stacking various sized and thickness pages into envelopes/shipping sleeves. The requested equipment and supplies represent the minimum requirements of the government.

The expected North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) for this action is 333310 and the expected PSC will be 3590 with a Business Size Standard of up to 1,000 Employees.
The Government will not pay for any information submitted in response to this RFI nor will the Government compensate any respondent with costs incurred in developing the information provided to the Government.
Potential offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.gov) website to be able to receive a contract to work for the US Government. Potential offerors are responsible for completing and maintaining registration in the SAM.gov website.
