Overview
Summary

The City of Cheyenne, Wyoming, hereby requests proposals for analytical and design engineering of the 18th Street Reconstruction Project project. Proposers shall be professional firms with Engineers licensed by the Wyoming Board of Professional Engineers and Professional Land Surveyors (Board) and shall be licensed by the Board prior to submitting their proposal. Firms shall be registered with the Wyoming Secretary of State to do business in Wyoming, including out-of-state business entities. Firms not meeting these requirements will be basis for proposal rejection.

Proposers shall submit, in writing, information outlined under the PROPOSAL FORMAT section. The submittal shall address the selection criteria as listed herein and such other data as may be useful in evaluating the ability of the firm to perform the work required. Proposals should be short and concise.

Information contained in the Request for Proposal (RFP) and in the proposal sub­mitted by the winning consultant shall be incorporated by reference into and be considered part of the contract between the City and the firm selected.
