Redesign of the CITY OF MOAB’s Center Street Ballpark

The City of Moab seeks proposals from qualified design firms for the complete redesign of the Center Street Ballpark at 198 E Center St. Moab, UT. The City seeks an innovative yet practical plan that transforms the space into a multi-use sports and civic complex to meet the current and future recreational needs of the community. Experienced persons or  firms are invited to provide the information listed in this RFP via submittal on the Utah State Procurement Portal at https://utah.bonfirehub.com .

The deadline for all requests for proposals is 2:00 PM (MST) November 13, 2025. The City will post any notices of changes or addenda to the Contract Documents at https://utah.bonfirehub.com. Bidders are solely responsible for monitoring Bonfire, reviewing all posted addenda, and following the instructions on the platform to obtain updates and additional information.

A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be on Sept. 29, 2025, at 11:00 AM (MST). Please attend virtually or in-person at the City of Moab Offices at 217 E. Center Street, Moab, Utah 84532.
