2025 RFQ - As-Needed Engineering Services for Water and Wastewater Projects

This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) from qualified firms to provide support to the Department of Public works for on-call engineering services for design, construction management, grants application assistant for the water and sewer division on contractual basis for a period up to five years.  The services will be provided to the County’s Public Works Department as the primary client. Those selected will be expected to provide engineering and design services for capital improvement projects from inception through design and construction completion. The management and oversight of water, and sewer projects and Grants writing. The selected firm will also communicate and incorporate field operational needs; administer contracts associated with assigned projects; assist with the development of future project budgets, prepare reports for County Board of Commissioners; make oral presentations, and manage emergency situations. The consultant’s proposal will be considered only if all the information is provided. Firms shall be licensed and bonded in the State of Washington to be eligible for award of contract in response to this RFQ.
