Description:
CofC Student Success Center, 58 George St, includes the rehab of the historic 1803 structure & new addition to house, new MEP & bldg services, & an elevator. Existing structure, 3,000 SF, is wood-framing on a multi-wythe brick foundation. Interior finishes are partially original & partially constructed of historic materials. New addition, 3,000 SF, to be constructed of cast-in-place concrete, steel framing w/terra cotta rain-screening & glazing.
