Sealed Bids for City of Ypsilanti Municipal Lots Rehabilitation will be received at the office of the City of Ypsilanti until 11 2:00 pm, local time, on September 11, 2025, by the office of the Clerk located at 1 S Huron St, Ypsilanti, MI 48197. The approximate quantities of major items of work involved are as follows:
The rehabilitation of two municipal lots within the City of Ypsilanti, by means of mill and overlay (4,300 square yards) with pavement markings, concrete repair, and ADA ramp installation.
