Requirement: The Portsouth Naval Shipyard intends to set-up a 5 year IDIQ contract for ROV Kits for the Department of War's STEM program. To the best of the Government's knowledge, there is only on possible source for these kits, SeaPerch. The kits include the following:

•  6 PVC 1/2" Pipes (12" long)

•  4 PVC Tees

•  1 Mesh (12"x8")

•  2 Pool Noodles (5" piece)
