RFP Office Space

PROPOSAL NOTICE

Garland County is seeking proposals from qualified contractors to build approximately 600 sq ft office space within our existing commercial building located at 210 Woodbine. The objective is to create functional, modern office areas that meet our operational needs and comply with all applicable codes. The RFP will be accepted by the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901 until 10:00 am on October 1, 2025, at which time proposals received will be publicly opened and read aloud.

RFP must be sealed and returned to the County Judge’s Office and outside of envelope must be prominently marked as follows:

“Office Space”

“Please Note:  We do not accept bids by fax or email.  They must be sealed, by mail or hand delivered.

RFP forms, specifications and instructions can be obtained from the County Judge’s Office, 501 Ouachita, Room 210, Hot Springs, AR 71901.  Only sealed proposals will be accepted.

Garland County reserves the right to reject any and all bids or a portion thereof.
This is paid for by the Garland County Judge’s Office. The amount of this publication is $
