REBID: Carlisle is soliciting proposals from qualified engineers to provide Engineering Services for the Park Improvements Project, which concerns the first phase of improvements to the Town's Community Park. The engineering budget and scope of work have been adjusted. The project will be funded in part by the SC DOC, Business Incentives and Community Development, under the CDBG Program.
