Renovate Building 1 - Biloxi VAMC The contractor shall provide all qualified supervision, labor, materials, transportation, and equipment necessary to complete the renovation of Building 1 - Biloxi VAMC in accordance with the drawings and specifications, statement of work and all other terms and conditions of the contract. The project magnitude is between $50M and $100M. NAICS Code: 236220 (Commercial and Industrial Building Construction) Size Standard: $45.0 Million This procurement is NOT set-aside and is unrestricted. If submitting as an SDVOSB or VOSB entity, your firm must be registered and certified in the SBA VetCert system prior to submitting a proposal and remain active through contract award. All offerors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) before submitting an offer and remain active through contract award and administration. Award cannot be made until the contractor is registered. Offerors are encouraged to ensure that they are registered and up-to-date in SAM.gov prior to submitting their proposal. All RFI questions are due to the Contracting Officer, Jason Hardy by May 3, 2024 at 3:00pm CST (Local Time).Offerors are encouraged to track this solicitation via the Contract Opportunities section of SAM.gov for updates including any amendments issued.
