Sources Sought for Strategic Thinking Course for the Office of Naval Research (ONR)

The Government intends to contract for Educational Services, specifically a multi-day Strategic Thinking Course to enhance the ability of Senior Contract Leaders within ONR Code 02 to think strategically about the global environment in which they live and work. This Strategic Thinking Course shall be held at a regionally or nationally accredited university or college. To be eligible for award of this contract, the university or college must be regionally accredited by one of the seven U.S. Department of Education recognized accrediting bodies that meet the standards of the Council of Higher Education. Alternatively, the university or college can be regionally or nationally accredited from an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education as reliable authorities concerning the quality of education or training offered by the institutions of higher education or higher education programs they accredit.
