Description:
The City intends to purchase a virtual simulation system for use in training its Police Department personnel in a variety of environments, scenarios, weaponry, and tactics to improve officer decision-making, de-escalation, and use-of-force judgement. This virtual simulatin system shall also include mechanisms for analytics and training goals.
