CAMDEN COUNTY DEPARTMENTS AND COOPERATIVE MEMBERS
UNDER THE CAMDEN COUNTY COOPERATIVE PRICING
SYSTEM, ID #57-CCCPS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids for Bid #A2-26 Grass Cutting, Trimming and
Groundskeeping Services for Various Camden County Departments and Cooperative Members
under the Camden County Cooperative Pricing System, ID #57-CCCPS will be received at the
Camden County Division of Purchasing, Camden County Courthouse – 1st Floor Lobby, 520 Market
Street, Camden, New Jersey 08102, on Tuesday, March 10th, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. prevailing time by the
Camden County Purchasing Agent or her designee.
Questions about the bid specifications may be sent by email to laura.paffenroth@camdencounty.com no
later than Wednesday 2-25-26 at Noon. Questions received after this date and time will not be considered.
It is recommended that each bid be sent by U.S. Mail to the Camden County Division of Purchasing,
Courthouse 6th Floor, 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102. If hand-delivered, bids must be left in the
bin accessible from the 6th Street entrance of the Courthouse at 520 Market Street, Camden, NJ 08102.
Bin access is 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM only. The County assumes no responsibility for delays in any form of
carrier, mail or delivery service causing the bid to be received at the Division of Purchasing later than
the above-referenced scheduled opening.
Copies of the bidding documents must be obtained by registering and downloading all documents
from the Camden County website:

Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c.127 (N.J.A.C. 17:27).
Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1999, c. 238 (N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.48 to 57),
where applicable.
All bidders are responsible for obtaining complete bid documentation from the County at the website
listed above. In the event of any inconsistencies between this advertisement, as published, and the bid
documentation, the bid documentation shall control.
