Tuttle North Renovations for Weight, Team, and Locker Rooms

SUNY Brockport will receive sealed bid proposals for Project 021077 The main features of the work shall include, but not limited to:

Renovation of approximately 19,500 GSF on the ground level in the central area of the east half of Tuttle North. New program spaces include an athletic weight room, Men’s and Women’s general locker rooms with toilets and showers, Women’s and Men's team rooms and associated equipment storage rooms. Work includes, but is not limited to the following:

Hazardous Material abatement

Architectural components and finishes

Acoustical treatment and systems

Plumbing systems

Mechanical unit upgrades and HVAC systems

Lighting systems and renovation of existing systems

Electrical systems

Information Technology/Security/Audio Visual infrastructure

There is a optional site visit and project walk through at 1:00PM on Tuesday December 2, 2025 starting at the Tuttle Complex Kinetic Cafe.
