NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00PM, April 7, 2026, at the Division of Building Authority, Construction Section, 501 Woodlane St., Suite 101N, Little Rock, Arkansas for the following:
DeGray Lake Resort State Park Courtesy Dock located in Bismarck, AR for the Arkansas Department of Parks, Heritage and Tourism. PR #9002610
There will be a Pre-Bid Conference held at 10:00AM on March 31, 2026, at 2027 State Park Maintenance RD, Bismarck, AR 71929. The State reserves the right to schedule additional meetings.
BID DOCUMENTS: The official version of the complete set of the Contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from Southern Reprographics, 901 West 7th St., Little Rock, AR 72201 (501)372-4011. Prime Bidders will be provided with one set at no charge. Prime bidders requiring additional sets and sub-bidders may purchase bidding documents through Southern Reprographics.
DESIGN PROFESSIONAL: ADPHT - In House, David McFadden, 1100 North Street, Little Rock, AR 72201. (501) 682 – 6941.
If the bid is $50,000.00 or more, a 5% bid security shall accompany the bid.
The State reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any formalities.
