Description: CITY OF OGDENSBURG ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS

OWNER: The City of Ogdensburg hereby gives notice that sealed bids will be received at 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669 for the following project:

PROJECT: City of Ogdensburg Department of Engineering Marina Improvements – Phase 2 The work included under this project consists of improvements to the City of Ogdensburg Marina docks including new steel pipe piles, new dock floats, boat slip floats, electrical improvements and water supply improvements. The project is located next to the Dobisky Center, 100 Riverside Avenue in the City of Ogdensburg, New York.

TIME: Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City Clerk until 2:00 P.M. on Wednesday, March 12, 2025 . They shall be publicly opened and read aloud in the City Council Chambers at that time. Proposals received after that time will not be accepted.

PROCUREMENT OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS: Copies of the contract documents may be obtained from the City’s website: https://www.ogdensburg.org/bids.aspx .

PRE-BID CONFERENCE: There will be a non-mandatory, pre-bid conference at 10AM on Tuesday February 25. 2025 in Room 8 at City Hall, 330 Ford Street, Ogdensburg, NY 13669. Interested bidders can meet with City officials to ask questions regarding this project.

BID SECURITY: Bidders will be required to provide Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% of the total bid price in the form described in the "INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS". No Bidder may withdraw his bid within sixty (60) days after the actual date of opening thereof.
