Acumatica Asset Tracker

Support for the Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD) Individual Cash and Petty Cash applications is being sought. The Individual Cash application tracks and disburses the personal funds and assets for individuals living in residential settings. The application also tracks the disbursement of individual cash funds that are maintained in the individual’s residence. The Individual Cash application allows for OPWDD Central Office monitoring and auditing. The OPWDD’s Individual Cash and Petty Cash applications are built on the Acumatica ERP platform, which is the ITS Standard for OPWDD's Cash applications. This contract will include vendor support to assist ITS in fully supporting the applications. Vendor support will include interacting (purchase annual technical assistance and software updates, and securing technical assistance) with the Acumatica manufacturer on behalf of OPWDD/ITS as well as providing application programming/consultation services.
